Little Timmy was given a bicycle for his birthday. He couldn’t ride it for weeks, so his parents purchased him trainer wheels. After two weeks, he gained enough confidence to ride on his own. He rode around the house, and passing his mother at the kitchen window, screamed “Look mum, no trainer wheels!”

Two weeks later, he passed the same window, shouting “Look mum! no left hand”. A week later, he was riding without using his hands (“Look mum! No hands”).

The next day as he passed the window he shouted “Look mum! No hands and no feet!”). However the next time he passed the window, he was carrying the bicycle and shouted,

“Look mum! No Teeth!”
